„Empowering Young Mothers“
“One of the most important topics for us is to share with pregnant women and young mothers the impact of pregnancy and birth for a healthy life.The young mothers should be very well prepared and informed about their rights and the importance of bonding and conscious contact with themselves and their babies, when they give birth in the birthing rooms of hospitals. If these young women know that their babies are sensitive and notice everything from the first moment, we can invite them to communicate throughout the pregnancy with the unborn for example the expectation of birth and listen to the baby, what their needs are, will be the best start into life and create a huge strength for both.”
We invite everyone who works and stay in contact with young mothers and young mothers themselves.

“Eines unserer wichtigsten Anliegen ist es, schwangere Frauen und junge Mütter dabei zu unterstützen, die tiefgreifenden Auswirkungen von Schwangerschaft und Geburt auf ein gesundes Leben zu verstehen. Eine bewusste Vorbereitung auf diese besondere Zeit schafft die Grundlage für eine starke körperliche und seelische Gesundheit – für Mutter und Kind. Junge Mütter sollten gut informiert und gestärkt in die Geburtsräume der Krankenhäuser kommen. Sie haben das Recht auf eine würdevolle Geburt, auf Unterstützung und auf einen Raum, in dem Bindung und Selbstwahrnehmung einen zentralen Platz haben sollten. Wenn Frauen wissen, dass ihr Baby bereits im Mutterleib empfindsam ist und von Beginn an mit der Außenwelt in Verbindung steht, dann können wir sie einladen, während der gesamten Schwangerschaft bewusst mit dem Ungeborenen zu kommunizieren. Diese frühe Verbindung legt den Grundstein für eine starke Bindung, ein gesundes Selbstgefühl und eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung zwischen Mutter und Kind. Wenn Mütter lernen, auf die feinen Signale ihres Babys zu hören – schon im Bauch – kann dies der beste Start ins Leben sein und eine kraftvolle Ressource für Beide bedeuten.”
