ISPPM statement on altruistic surrogacy in Germany

We deli­bera­te­ly do not take part in the pro and con dis­cus­sion of a pos­si­ble lega­liza­ti­on of altru­i­stic sur­rog­a­cy in Ger­ma­ny, but have deve­lo­ped a list of demands based on our know­ledge and expe­ri­ence, which should be taken into account if the­re should be a new regu­la­ti­on of the Embryo Pro­tec­tion Act: LINK to the state­ment (plea­se click!)
